THE CLOSING CEREMONY OF THE 18TH EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME FOR SENIOR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS (EDPSGO) BY THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE
Friday, 13 October 2023 – A total of 30 participants received
certificates of course completion of the 18th Executive Development Programme
for Senior Government Officials (EDPSGO) on Public Policy and Management hosted
by the Ministry of Defence in a closing ceremony that took place at the
Officers’ Mess, Bolkiah Garrison this morning.

HUE, Tuesday, 3 October 2023 – The Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies (SHHBIDSS) participated in the Track II Network of ASEAN Defence and Security Institutions (NADI) meeting organised by the Institute for Defence Strategy (IDS), Ministry of National Defence of Viet Nam at the Silk Path Grand Hotel, Hue, Viet Nam today.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Thursday, 28 September 2023 – Ministry of Defence joined His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam for the mass gathering and procession to commemorate the Birthday Anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) with the main event at the Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien while uniformed personnel participated in the mass gathering and procession at the districts level of the nation.

BRUNEI DARUSSALAM, August and September 2023 – As part of the local component of the 18th Executive Development Programme (EDP) on Public Policy and Management for Senior Government Officials, the participants had the privilege to visit various designated Ministries and Departments in the Sultanate.

Thursday, 27 July 2023 – The Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies (SHHBIDSS) held its fourth Sharing Session of the year at the SHHBIDSS Board Meeting Room today, on “Brunei Darussalam and Peacekeeping: Experiences, Challenges and The Way Forward”.
