REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Monday, 29 January 2024 - Acting Director of the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies, Haji Abdul Malik bin Haji Kamis took part in the 21st Second Echelon Brunei-Singapore Civil Service Exchange Program (CSEP) from 29 January until 1 February 2024.
For this year's CSEP, a total of 22 delegates involving 11 senior officials from the Brunei Darussalam's civil service and 11 senior officials from the Republic of Singapore's civil service, representing various ministries and departments from the Civil Service attended the 4-day programme. Leading the Brunei delegation is Yang Mulia Pengiran Haji Raffizanna bin Pengiran Haji Razali, Deputy Permanent Secretary (Civil Service Governance), Prime Minister's Office, Brunei Darussalam.
For this year's programme, several themes have been discussed including 'Leading in a Disruptive Era', 'Governance in a Disruptive Era', 'A Future-Ready Public Service', and 'A Sustainable Future Together' were explored. The selected themes provide the opportunity for delegates to share their own experiences and best practices in preparing civil service to face current and future challenges that are becoming more complex and closely interconnected with the rest of the world.
PENYERTAAN IPPSSHHB DALAM 21ST SECOND ECHELON BRUNEI-SINGAPORE CIVIL SERVICE EXCHANGE PROGRAM (CSEP)
REPUBLIK SINGAPURA, Isnin, 29 Januari 2024 – Pemangku Pengarah Institut Pengajian Pertahanan dan Strategik Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Haji Abdul Malik bin Haji Kamis telah menyertai Program Pertukaran Perkhidmatan Awam (CSEP) Brunei-Singapura Eselon Kedua ke-21 yang telah bermula dari 29 Januari hingga 1 Februari 2024.
Bagi CSEP tahun ini, seramai 22 delegasi melibatkan 11 pegawai kanan daripada Perkhidmatan Awam Negara Brunei Darussalam dan 11 pegawai kanan daripada perkhidmatan Awam Republik Singapura yang mewakili pelbagai kementerian dan jabatan telah menghadiri program selama 4 hari tersebut. Mengetuai delegasi Brunei ialah Yang Mulia Pengiran Haji Raffizanna bin Pengiran Haji Razali, Timbalan Setiausaha Tetap (Tadbir Urus Perkhidmatan Awam) di Jabatan Perdana Menteri, Negara Brunei Darussalam.
Tahun ini beberapa tema telah dibincangkan seperti 'Governance in a Disruptive Era', 'A Future-Ready Public Service', 'A Sustainable Future Together' dan 'Leading in a Disruptive Era'. Tema-tema yang dipilih adalah bagi memberi peluang kepada wakil-wakil delegasi untuk berkongsi pengalaman dan amalan terbaik (best practices) mereka dalam mempersiapkan perkhidmatan awam dalam menghadapi cabaran semasa dan akan datang yang semakin kompleks dan saling berkait rapat dengan negara-negara lain di dunia.
